Using it

1. Slide the tapered end down the inside of the filled jar to shift trapped air bubbles to the surface.
2. Check the liquid level against the stepped ruler marks along the tip to set the right headspace.
3. Touch the magnetic end to flat lids in your hot water pan to lift them directly onto jar rims.
