The way orders travel
Delivery is not ours to run. Here is what actually happens after you press the button, so nothing on this page is a surprise later.
The button hands you over
Pressing the button on any tool opens that tool on our retail partner. From that moment the order is theirs: their basket, their card handling, their packing bench, their courier. Nothing about the delivery is decided on this site.
That means we cannot tell you what a delivery will cost you or how many days it will take. Both depend on where you are, what else is in the basket, and whichever membership or promotion the partner is running that week. The figures are on their page before you pay, and those are the ones that count.
Where the parcel comes from
From the partner’s own network, not from us. We have no packing bench and no loading bay, and no parcel with a tool in it has ever left this address.
Tracking, delivery notes and redelivery all live in the account you used to order. If a parcel goes astray, their support can see the shipment and we genuinely cannot.
What we can help with
Anything about the tool rather than the trip. Which funnel fits a wide-mouth jar, whether a press is seasoned before it arrives, how a lid comes apart for cleaning. Write to us and we will answer properly.
