Write to the kitchen
One inbox, read by people who make the tools. Write about a tool, a broken part, a jar size we have not thought of, or an idea for something we do not make yet.
The inbox
Write to [email protected]. One of us reads it, usually within a couple of working days. Tell us which tool you mean and, if something has gone wrong with it, roughly when you got it.
Orders are the one thing we cannot help with. They live with our retail partner, in the account you used to buy, and we have no window into them.
Where the letters go
PISOL1418 North 8th Street
Sheboygan, WI 53081
That is a desk, not a shop. There is no counter to walk up to, nothing on the wall to try in your hand, and nobody there to take a parcel in. If a tool has to go back, it goes back through the partner you bought it from, not here.
Letters do reach us there, and we read them.
Still stuck? The Questions before you cook page covers the questions that arrive most often, and the kitchen notes go deeper on the tools themselves.
