Using it

1. Place a loose ball of ground meat onto a preheated griddle or hot skillet.
2. Press down firmly on the silicone handle for several seconds to spread the patty thin against the metal.
3. Lift the press straight up and flip the patty once the bottom edge turns brown and crisp.
